Rights and permissions: All items are sold as collector’s items. No transfer of copyright is implied, nor are any rights for reproduction or commercial use in any form whatsoever given or implied.
Terms of sale: All items are sold as-is, and all sales are final. Please contact me with any questions you might have regarding the condition or authenticity of any item. Ask before you purchase!
Shipping: I use the United States Postal Service for all shipping unless you specifically ask to use a different shipper. Packages are shipped from Concord, MA 01742, U.S.A. Packages are shipped within two business days after receipt of PayPal payment. If payment is by check or money order, I ship as soon as payment has cleared.
Return policy: No returns accepted. All sales are final.
Payment: I accept PayPal payments made to rvacca@troystreet.com, but will accept payment by check or money order, made payable to Troy Street Publishing LLC, if you do not have a PayPal account.
Sales tax: I collect sales tax from Massachusetts customers on merchandise sales (6.25 percent). Cost of shipping is not subject to sales tax. In other states or jurisdictions, the buyer is responsible for paying any sales or use tax, if one is required.
Shipping to U.S. destinations: Items that weigh 13 ounces or less are shipped as a USPS First Class Package, deliverable in two to five business days. Heavier packages are shipped by Priority rate or Retail Ground rate. Books and CDs are shipped at the Media Mail rate. Cost of shipping is calculated on a per-package basis and varies by buyer location. Handling fees are included in the shipping cost.
Shipping to international destinations: International packages are shipped by USPS First Class Mail International service or First Class Package International service, depending on weight. Cost of shipping is calculated on a per-package basis and varies by buyer location. Handling fees are included in the shipping cost.
